Heaven Hill Distilleries  fondata nel 1935 con sede Bardstown nel Kentucky Rittenhouse Straight Rye è un whiskey dedicato alla famosa piazza di Philadelphia dedicata a David Rittenhouse nel 1825,che era un astronomo e scienziato, e primo direttore della zecca degli Stati Uniti. Il Rittenhouse Straight Rye è un whiskey di segale invecchiato per 4 anni e composto dal 51% di segale, 37% di mais e 12% di malto d’orzo.
